- One night’s deposit will hold your reservation. Balance due upon arrival.
- Rates are based on double occupancy & are subject to applicable taxes
- Two night minimum stay required for Summer, Fall, Holiday & Special Event weekends
- We accept Traveler’s Checks, Personal Checks, Cash & all major Credit Cards
- Check-in time is 3pm til 7pm. Late check-in is available with prior notice
- Check-out time is 11am
- Cancellation Policy:
Last minute cancellations allow
little chance of rebooking a room & can affect a small Bed & Breakfast
Inn significantly.
For this reason, a 14 day notice of cancellation is required and we will be happy to issue a refund, minus a $25 Service Charge.
Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival date, will be issued a "Credit Certificate," with the exception of Holidays & Special Event weekends.
"No calls/no shows" will be billed for the full stay.
